“Lots of gangs of kids hanging around, and not a safe feeling area. Property lacked basic things that you’d expect in a hotel. No one on site to contact to rectify things. Not a good place to stay. ”

Clean and fairly well appointed (fridge freezer, microwave, cooker, washing machine, iron and board). No hairdryer as far as I can see. TV and Virgin box. Comfortable bed (I do hate poor mattresses) was a blessing. I'm sure that before booking it claimed to have parking, because I declined several other properties because they had no parking. However in the confirmation they stated that parking...

“A complete set up. A memorable stay. Highly recommended. A small suggestion.. please provide kitchen towel and tissues.”

“The apartment was nice and spacious. However only two towels were provided for 4 people, upon asking for more we received back a message to say there was more in the cupboard unfolded. These towels were dirty with stains on them. The apartment was quite dusty and bathrooms were not the cleanest, the owner of the property explained the cleaners were busy however offered no apology. Upstairs noises all night, and had to shut windows as outside traffic and noise from neighbours. ”
