Got a nonsmoking room overviewing the river, spacious, with 2 queen beds, little fridge, microwave and a coffee machine. Easy check in and check out.

It's a little run down not horrible but could use upgrades!!!! Other then that loved being right by the water! The sound was amazing! And watching rafters with as awesome!

Paul attempted to fix the heat by turning on the gas fireplace” at what must have been HIGH’ It was 87 degrees in our room at 3 am. We had to open the door/40 mph winds and the patio door to vent the room. The rooms “decor” hasn’t been dusted in what was most likely years. Tub needed calking badly. It was worst place we have ever stayed!

Wasn't happy with overnight staff, we went without heat because front desk man said it wasnt his problem he was just front desk.. not the cleanest place and went without powder the last day just left early also uncomfortable beds!

We had no heat (and it was snowing!) all night, lost power in the morning, there was a fire place but no way to work it.. One bar of soap but none by the sink and no shampoo or conditioner.. We were not offered a refund of any kind and the hotel did very little to make up for it.. I am so disappointed..

The property needs some work, sadly the pool and the outside fireplace were not in working order, but the riverside view from the balcony and sitting in the chairs is amazing!

For the price, this was excellent. Our room felt super dated and was a bit chilly, but it was very clean. The bedspread and furniture looked worn and kind of old and it left me feeling a little bit skeeved. My husband thought I was being too picky! I would stay again as there was nothing super negative about the experience. Just don’t expect luxury!

Checking in was pleasant, but there were serious issues with the room. Noisy stomping around above us until the wee hours, and water dripping down from the ceiling into the bathtub. We did not sleep well, to say the least. Also, had to clean up previous guests’ sticky substance on the nightstand, and door handle was bent so that our knuckles hit the back of the door when opening it. Holes in walls where previous furnishings had been removed, and a deep drain hole in front of toilet. Room 108 needs some TLC!

Nice introductory video and excellent guide to help us understand how mining was done. It was fascinating to learn about the engineering wonder and the ultimate downfall of the Argo.

My room was supposed to be non smoking, there was a sign, the smell of stale smoke was overwhelming. The floor and surfaces were clean, the walls had what looked like soda splashed/dripped on the wall, screws from detached items not removed or covered. Very large cobwebs in areas. Evidence of wide water leaks in two areas in the ceiling, no obvious signs of repair.

Friendly and welcoming front desk staff, comfortable room with jacuzzi tub and a balcony overlooking the river, easy and convenient location for walking, shopping/dining, and hot springs. Loved my stay!

Chance at the front desk was very friendly and gave me lots of helpful suggestions on what to see locally as well as on the remainder of my trip. In my room, the jacuzzi tub was a real treat as was the balcony overlooking the river.

A bit overpriced for a motel without free continental breakfast. Also its very dated. If you're looking for a place to sleep, and wouldn't eat the free breakfast anyway, then it's an okay place. Still a little overpriced.

The room I selected on the site showed a ground level balcony. I was excited for that since it was advertised as "river front" and showed a picture of a balcony with chairs by the river. Other than that it was perfect
