The property says it offers WiFi, However, it is only limited within the Lobby you won't get WiFi in any of the rooms. The Entertainment/game room doesn't have anything in good condition (broken bats, table and etc)

Disappointing
Picturesque location. Road access to the property is currently in poor condition. Staff were pleasant and helpful, however this property is badly in need of renovations. Would not achieve 1 star rating based on current state. Therefore the rates charged are not justifiable. Lots of future potential if upgraded

old and out dated
condition of insect screens and bedding was shocking, most falling apart. internet only available in lobby, miles from rooms. was 25 mins from munnar city with bad roads.

Pros and Cons ....
Pros: Friendly staff, nice location, big double bed, very big room, nice balcony and view, nice breakfast. Cons: Bed covers could be cleaner - requested fresh bed sheets and everything. Carpet quite dirty with stains. WiFi only available in the reception. Unacceptable condition of the pool - so dirty you can't see the bottom - terrible (I have pictures but really don't want to post them). Acceptable: clean bathroom

Probably the worst hotel we ever stayed at!
This hotel rates low any way you look at it. Very old property. I felt I was living in the 70s. The rooms are very dirty and full of insects. The staff is very unprofessional. No air conditioning and very smoggy in the rooms. The hotel is in the middle on nowhere and takes a minimum of an hour to get anywhere. Their breakfast is the worst hotel breakfast I ever had. The restaurant is filthier that your average bathroom. In summary, you just don't want to be close to this place let alone stay at it!

الحجز في الهني مون رومز شي من الخيال الروم العاديه بصراحه لاتستاهل المكوث بها حاول تختار النيس فيو الاسعار بصراحه ملائمه مقارىنه بالاماكن الاخرى للمعلومه الهامه هو بعيد عن مونار 20 كيلو وبالقرب من اروع المنتجعات الكثير لايعرف الموقع وهو مخصص للساوح المحلين وهذا اكبر دليل عن رخصه وجودته في نفس الوقت

Stay at your own, UnFriendly, No Value for money
I booked honeymoon cottage and they didn't decorate our cottage anything. It was like booking a normal cottage and charging premium. No any service differentiator though paying top money. It was not at all value for money. Place was also not tidy enough, staffs were also not friendly enough. At this place, you are on your own. No co-operation at all.

Excellent location, poor maintainace and bad food.
the resort is large with over 100 rooms, with the cottages spread across spacious landscaping. The view on all sides of thr resort are breath taking, on of the highest point in that area.The rooms are also large and spacious. The resort rooms are poorly mainained, shortage of staff and the food is very bad. the complimentory break fast is the worst

Not value for money
The rooms were very dirty,bedsheets not clean,some of the lights not working,wifi was only available at the reception which was not even working,tv was working only showing sports channel,hair dryer wasnt even available,kettle wasnt even in the room.

One of the best hotel in Munnar.
Excellent service. Very good location. Got my room upgraded to Sunrise suite. Overall a awesome experience. Highely recommended.

Nice location but not satisfied with the room.
The door of our room had holes on it and there was no fan as it was hot at noon time when we arrived though it was cold in the evening.The room shown on its website and the room we where offered where totally different.

Great Location
Quite Comfortable, Though room service was average. Working condition of TV / cable channels was poor. Overall in-house administration was uncoordinated. However, staff was cooperative to resolve the issues. Resort away from town is the great advantage to enjoy nature. However, some tourist information if available on reception counter will add value to services.

one of the worst hotel i ever stayed
booked a 2 bedroom economy suite. It stared with a different room than it was shown in pictures. secondly the room was dirty , bed sheets , blankets had stain on it , cobwebs near the window.When asked for tea from room service tea was served for us in a broken cup and flask...my advice to any one going there is stay away from this hotel unless disappointment is wat ur looking for...

Hotel staff need more training to look after there customer and understand there need ? To small tv for the room....need binoculer to watch tv. Your message place is so high that old person can not go up for this service,Front desk is not very helpful to customers

Bad Experience...
I started my family trip from Munnar on 26th dec,2013 and this hotel was my first destination. I called a day before to confirm my reservation and to my surprise they didn't have my booking and i called expedia folks to sort this out. After 1 hour i got confirmed to the same Hotel. Once, i reached there the room i booked (Economy Two Bedroom Suite - Breakfast Included which cost me 18539/-) i didn't get that and the rooms provided were dirty, esp the bed sheets, bad smell, also there are frogs in the rooms. The receptions were pathetic, they were incapable of handling issues and would bang the phone if you cross question them or ask you connect with Expedia to resolve the query. I started my trip with such disappointment and i was waiting to leave.

I could not wait to CHECK OUT of this hotel......pathetic service, poor upkeep of the hotel, money hungry staff.........this place is a mediocre hotel for very budget sensitive travellers..........

Not a pleasant stay !!!
The only good thing about this resort is the location. We went to Club Mahindra to have our dinner. The rooms were not clean, food not unto the mark... No activities for children.. they had broken TT board....

location of the resort is good. The rooms are spacious but not properly furnished. The bathroom nice n spacious.kids play area not properly maintained. There is a separate veg restaurant which has limited menu items but good.

Only if you love view
This resort is 21.4 kms from Munnar town on the way to Madurai. To n fro Munnar will cost you 800rs in taxi. Veg and Non Veg restaurants are sick to the core. The location of the hotel and view from the hotel balconies are awesome like anything. If you can compromise other bad things for the view and location then its a good budget type resort.

Not so close as we think
Very bad reception service, dont know the meaning politeness . they cant even for our question they wont look at you face and give an proper answer. room was good the view outside from the room was good very bad room service, very average buffet food for the money they take , no entertainment other than staying inside the room , pay for almost everything but you get almost nothing for it .if you want any thing else like food shopping or medicine you have to go to munnar city for everything , it will be painful . amongst all these below average things happening there is an awesome adventure trip to kolukumalai it is worth spending the money dont miss else there is nothing called fun .
