“The hotel had only been open a week so there were a few things not finished or working. However, the staff did everything to sort out problems, were always friendly and approachable. The breakfast was great, for €12, you could fill up and not eat until the evening. Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera tripla senza usufruire della colazione che costa 10 euro/pp. Essendo una struttura nel centro della città ha il vantaggio di avere negozi, ristoranti e attrazioni turistiche vicinissimi ma lo svantaggio di essere raggiungibile a piedi o in taxi. L'unica nota di demerito è nella pulizia della stanza che un giorno è stata saltata perché in quel momento ancora non eravamo usciti. Per il resto è stato un buon soggiorno.”

“Location was fantastic. Clean bathrooms, very comfortable beds, good air conditioning in summer heat. Reception area has a faint smell of sewage that hits as soon as you walk in. We chose it also for summer evenings on the roof & pool but only after arriving were we told they were under construction & inaccesible. They strictly adhere to maximum # of guests per room due to insurance reasons. We booked king bed in a junior suite but had to get an additional room since we had a young child....

“Lovely boutique hotel in a fairly central location close to the metro, but being in amongst pedestrianised back streets it's also quiet. It's walking distance to a most of the central sites. Staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly, rooms aren't large but are well furnished and maintained.”

“The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and the fresh flowers made it feel especially welcoming. However, we had to carry our own luggage to the room. The breakfast service was excellent, but the food was good. The views of the Cathedral of Santa Maria from both the room and the bar on the fifth floor were wonderful and made our stay even more enjoyable.”

Window facing the court which probably was good considering the busy street that the hotel is located at. Very charming decor. Small, but efficient gym because there was both mornings only the two of us. Breakfast didn’t disappoint. Staff very helpful. Can recommend.”
