This is typical small town hotel in Finland. Nothing fancy but not too bad either. Once they finish renovations in the summer 2023 it's definitely best hotel to stay in Iisalmi. Other options are strange hippy hotel and some really worn down places.

The room was not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. The toilet had waste in it that was not flushed; there was hair on the shower floor and in the floor of the room; the rug was not vacuumed, as there were nail clippings on it; and the room was dusty, which could be seen on the tables and cups.

Det var et super godt hotel. Ved indtjeningen sagde de dog at det måske var støj fra pubben nedenunder. Men alt var roligt og jeg sov fint. Dig vil jeg ved næste besøg bede om et værelse uden chance for støj. En ulempe var at man kunne ikke åbne vinduerne. Ellers var alt fint.

Iisalmi on mukavan pieni kaupuki. Hotelli Koljonvirta on keskeisellä paikalla - joka paikkaan on lyhyt matka. Sekä hotellista ja kaupungista jäi hyvät muistot.
