"Merci Lucie! We enjoyed a beautiful stay at Clos Des Sternes. I often think the best test of a stay/holiday is how well the host copes when something goes wrong. There was a small mix-up at check-in but our host Lucie handled it extremely professionally and with a great deal of warmth. What could have been a stressful situation was managed extremely well and we enjoyed a really comfortable, peaceful and relaxing stay in our apartment. The location of the property couldn't have been better - less than five minute walk to the harbour and the gentle buzz of la flotte. It was clean, quiet and we were in extremely safe hands with Lucie. We will definitely be returning!"

"This hotel is a nice historical period property with high ceilings and very spacious rooms. The staff were very friendly, especially to our children and helpful for anything we requested of them. The buffet breakfast every morning was delicious with a good variety of food to choose from. Given we were travelling with two young children and this is a spa hotel, it probably wasn't 100% suitable for our needs, but that wasn't the hotels fault and at the same time, the kids loved their stay. Couldn't find any fault with our stay."

"Perfect hotel for a nights visit to Ile de Re, the hotel was spotless and the room was great travelling as a family of 3, a sofa bed and a double bed on the mezzanine level. The pool was great fun after travelling to the hotel. The staff were excellent as well. Lots of free parking close by."

"This is a truly unique property with excellent amenities. The pool and AC were essential for the heat. The staff, mostly Adeline, were incredibly accommodating and helpful."
