Lugar muito gostoso, sossegado, funcionários gentis e educados porém minha única decepção foi a limpeza do quarto.. chegamos e o quarto que nos deram estava sujo.. empoeirado.. chão sem varrer... Em fim, pedimos a limpeza do quarto que só foi feita no dia seguinte, mesmo assim em baixo das camas não foi limpo, achamos alimentos de outras pessoas em baixo das camas...

Bem razoável.

Bem razoável, primeiro que o quarta família fica no 1 andar, onde com crianças pequenas (1 e 1/2 em nosso caso) fica bem ruim a questão de segurança e acessibilidade. Escada para todo lado, dentro e fora do quarto. Novamente, nem um pouco acessível. O café da manhã, é ok, mas ficou devendo na organização da reposição. Controle remoto da TV do quarto em que fiquei não estava lá quando cheguei e levou dois dias para aparecer. Os funcionários, Carol, Cláudio e Rogério, são ótimos. Super solicitos e atenciosos. Rogério foi a pessoa que botou ordem no café da manhã. Em resumo, me parece que existe um problema de gestão no hotel. Pontos de atenção com organização, limpeza e até mesmo acolhimento. No caso de pessoas que estão indo com idosos, crianças de colo ou aprendendo a andar e deficientes, deveriam ser sinalizados antes que o hotel não é acessível. Para casal ou família com adolescente, atende bem, só precisam melhorar a organização e a limpeza.

O hotel tem boas instalações. Tudo funcionou bem, exceto o wi-fi, que tinha sinal fraco no quarto e desconectava frequentemente. Café da manhã é apenas razoável. A garagem é boa e coberta. O hotel fica em local tranquilo, mas é bem longe da Vila. Poucas opções de restaurantes próximos. Para estadia aqui é recomendável estar de carro.

Boa relação custo benefício.

O hotel oferece boa estrutura, bom café da manhã e agilidade nos serviços prestados de modo geral, quartos grandes com ar condicionado e frigobar. Para ficar em um nível execlente faltou cuidado com algumas manutenções do hotel, proteções nos guardo corpos dos andares de cima para evitar acidentes com crianças e idosos e pia nos quartos para preparo de alimentos básicos, como mamadeiras para bebês por exemplo.
