"The checkin process was super simple. They have a tablet in the unit that you use to communicate to their agents. The agents spoke English which made everything that much easier. They answer the tablet everytime and quickly. Wish they had a bathroom upstairs."

The room was spotless and had all the amenities you could need.The staff were very friendly and helpful, and were prepared to deal with a language barrier. It even has laundry and free light meals that were quite good! And all for a great price. Next time I'm in Karatsu this will he my go-to."

"The hotel is right next to the train station, which is very convenient if you’re traveling around the area. The rooftop onsen is small but great for relaxing your muscles after a long day of walking. The breakfast is one of the best free breakfasts I’ve had, there are plenty of options to choose from. The staff were very helpful, they helped me figure out my luggage shipment."
