"Enjoyed my stay thoroughly. Service staff are very helpful and speaks good English. Ms Yamamoto was very welcoming and warm towards guests and provided guidance and suggestions. Room condition - clean Air conditioning - good. Amenities in room - bottled water, kettle tea/ coffee sachets. Wifi - fantastic. "

"Very smart and comfortable accommodation with excellent facilities inc washing machine with a fast setting. Lots of places to eat in the area but you cannot beat the little cafe just 20m away on the same side of the street for great tasting food and excellent value. "

"A beautiful hotel located very close to the harbour gate entrance to the park. Our room was spacious. The breakfast buffet, although a little pricey was great with so many choices and cuisine types. My only complaint would be that the parking is far away and the parking shuttle bus is not super convenient, especially if you have luggage or small children."

"We were unaware on our reservation through Hotels.com that our reservation included breakfast and dinner. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and dinner was basically the same every night - not what I am looking for in a vacation. Still the dinner is very good. Having said that, all the food is very Japanese, so not what all travelers can do. The hotel itself is gorgeous with amazing amenities. The staff lovely although not too comfortable with English which is fine of course. We particularly enjoyed the massage chairs, cold plunge and sauna. But the in room onsen bath was my favorite!"
