Overpriced
I think this place is overpriced. The good things were the location, surroundings and amazing view. Place is very clean and the staff is nice but the quality of the service is not that great. Air con didn't work, and you couldn't leave the window open because of the insects. The worse was that in our room we could've heard people and noise from the next room like we were in the same room. The breakfast and coffee was very disappointing as well, very poor.

Lovely property in a quiet location with amazing views. Close to Florence (15min drive) and a couple of nice restaurants within walking distance.

Nice and peaceful, very close to Florence - only about 15 min drive. Property is well maintained. Our host Dana was very helpful.

Beautiful villa and pool, but rock-hard bed
Friendly reception keen on selling products from Fattoria Inalbi (same owner). Fantastic pool with beautifully maintained garden and views over the rolling hills of Tuscany. Room is clean and stylishly furnished with expensive looking materials. What prevents me from coming back are the small (only 190cm long) and uncomfortable beds; the mattress was one of the hardest I have ever slept on.

A recommander absolument.
Quelle bonne surprise cet hôtel ! Le cadre est idyllique, avec un jardin magnifiquement entretenu et décoré, une vue sur les collines toscanes comme sur les cartes postales, et une piscine très agréable. Nous étions dans un appartement avec 2 chambres, qui communique directement sur le jardin. Le personnel est attentionné, la seule chose à savoir étant que la réception n'est pas toujours ouverte, et que pour une arrivée tardive il vaut mieux téléphoner avant.. Bref, un petit coin de paradis !

Absolutely gorgeous property with views of Tuscany and beautiful grounds to explore. Room was not great though as the sink was leaking from the base so the floor got a little flooded and the shower would only work super scorching hot so we had to take 2 min showers to avoid burning ourselves. Breakfast also missed the mark with machine produced coffee. When I tried to make a latte it added water instead of milk. The gorgeous scenery though made it good value for money though given we’d booked a smal room.

Il panorama spettacolare, contornato da quiete e silenzio. Le camere ben arredate, nel rispetto delle case patronali toscane. Colazione non eccezionale e poco variegata. Struttura curata.

Our room was in a classic Tuscan villa on a hill overlooking beautiful scenery in every direction. The villa offered a pool and beautiful grounds with well maintained gardens. The staff was helpful, friendly, and personable answering our questions and giving us helpful directions about the surrounding area and attractions. The accommodations were clean, attractive, and abundantly charming, and the location provided an ideal base for day trips to surrounding areas such as Florence and other nearby attractions. The nearby town of Imprunetta was charming with good dining and provisioning. Overall an excellent experience that we would highly recommend.

Amazing views in the heart of Tuscany
Great hotel with fantastic views. Room 10 was a bit small but the terrace made up for it. Decent breakfast but avoid the coffee out of the machine. Just as a warning, front desk is not maned after 6pm but owner is on site to sort out any issues.

Beautiful villa
Beautiful villa on the top of a hill, overlooking the Tuscan vineyards. The villa had a lovely breakfast and plenty of areas to sit and enjoy the view with some wine. Staff were friendly and room was a good size. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing room! Exactly what you would expect from a classic Tuscan stay! The bed was comfortable, bathroom was great, nice shower! Air conditioned, and the antique furniture fit the setting perfectly! Breakfast was amazing and you can eat it on a balcony overlooking the gorgeous Tuscan scenery. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to enjoy a romantic trip to Tuscany! Florence is a 40 minute drive North of the hotel, but a bus from Impruneta heads there every 15 minutes as well. The town of Impruneta is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. If you're venturing out I highly recommend seeing Siena as well! About an hour and 20 minutes south of the hotel but well worth the trip!

A small gem in beautiful Tuscany!!
This small hotel is a gem. The hotel and grounds are beautifully kept. The scenery is beyond spectacular. We booked this very last minute, based mostly on other reviews which gave it a great rating. We were not disappointed, it is so lovely. Hoping to return to Tuscany again and I will definitely return to Residenza Ill Colle.

Petit paradis au coeur du Chianti
Résidence paradisiaque et calme au cœur du Chianti. Idéal pour se reposer et visiter la région (voiture recommandée pour se déplacer). Impruneta est une petite ville agréable, proche de nombreuses attractions (Greve in Chianti, Antinori nel Chianti Classico, ...) Chambre propre et moderne. Petit déjeuner très satisfaisant. Superbe piscine et jardin très bien entretenus (de nombreux espaces aménagés pour profiter du cadre et de la quiétude du lieu devant un bon verre de Chianti). Bien mieux que sur les photos! Seul petit bémol: le personnel présent n'a pas su répondra à nos questions concernant les activités à faire dans la région (les activités proposées sur le site internet de la résidence se déroulaient pour la plupart à Florence. Très peu d'informations sont du reste données à ce sujet sur le site.) Cette résidence reste cependant un coup de cœur!!!

Schöne, ruhige Insel zum Entspannen mit wunderbarer Gartenanlage und Pool. Ein Auto ist notwendig wenn man in der Sommerhitze mal weg will. Einziger Nachteil; kein Restaurant oder Bar, Verpflegung unter dem Tag oder ein gemütlicher Schlummerdrunk muss selbst organisiert werden. Zimmer sind sehr schön und gepflegt; das Bad ist eher klein.

De kunde klippt ner lite sly runt bassängen som på bilderna, från bassängen ser man inte utsikten alls. WIFI endast i allmänna utrymmen. Ganska begränsad frukost, ingen varm mat eller ägg. Fritt kaffe och te hela dagen dock. Fina omgivningar, tar en stund att gå till närmsta restaurang.

Fint hotell med vacker utsikt. Grym pool och fin trädgård. Rummet var bra men lyhört. Frukosten bra men det finns ingen restaurang vilket man bör tänka på. OBS! Oerhört svårt att hitta dit, utan gps är det nästan omöjligt. Bra med parkering bakom låst grind.

Magnifique! L'endroit est tout simplement magnifique! L'endroit est difficile d'accès par contre...Ca prend un GPS! Il n'y a pas de restaurant sur le site alors très important de planifier les repas à l'extérieur! Malheureusement, la prochaine fois que j'irai en Toscane, nous ne ferons pas le détour....

A slice of Tuscan heaven!
We had a wonderful stay at Residenza Il Colle. We used it as our home base as we took day trips in the surrounding area. It is very close to Florence and an easy drive to Siena, Pisa, Luca, the Chianti Winery region and even to Cinque Terre. The town of Impruneta (where the B&B is located) is charming as well. Rodrigo was very friendly and so very helpful. We arrived late on our first night and he took the time to find a restaurant that was still open, even leading us in his car to the restaurant as we followed. David was very pleasant and helpful as well. The villa is beautiful inside and out with an amazing view of the Tuscan countryside. The roads surrounding the area are not very wide and very winding making it even more thrilling. We stayed for 5 nights and hated to leave. We were very impressed with Residenza Il Colle! It was a wonderful experience in Tuscany.

Amazing experience! We are traveling in Italy for about 2 weeks and sleep at a different hotel every night, this hotel was the best in terms of views from the room and the pool/terrace, and in terms of the staff being very friendly and helpful. The owner guy didn't even want to charge us for the water we took from the minibar. Amazing spot for a romantic vacation. A bit hard to find but I guess it's a good thing...

Extraordinarily beautiful and peaceful location!
Residenza Il Colle is located on a scenic hilltop overlooking beautiful Tuscan countryside. The hotel is not in a tourist area, but a residential area in Impruneta, and the result is a peaceful, lovely stay. The rooms, the lobby and the grounds are absolutely breathtaking. The staff is very helpful with information and reservations. The morning breakfast is healthy and fresh (but buy your coffee off the premises instead of using the automated machine). This is a wonderful hotel, and I recommend it highly. Visit the church and the piazza, and have a meal or two at Nyx in Impruneta. You will not regret choosing this wonderful hotel.
