"The hotel is far away from the subway station, but very close to the Memorial Hall for Incheon Landing, which was our main purpose of staying in Incheon. The hotel management was very nice. There was some miscommunication between me and them before my arrival, but they made great efforts in accommodating my family. Very helpful staff."

"Best hotel in a while ,clean comfortable, big room.Very nice people at the front desk.Yes it's a bit far off and no food places nearby but there is a convenience store around the corner and a caffee by the museum around the corner.So no problem and the bus isn't far.The hotel is really worth it."

"Hotel is close to the stadium. Walking takes about 25 minutes. They have washers and dryers to use off the lobby. They currently do not have a way to provide breakfast even though it was part of the price I paid. They were going to provide funds back for the breakfasts. They have a limited supply of snacks down in the lobby. They moved us to a bigger room as our TV wasn’t working. The floors could be cleaned better but overall it was a pleasant experience. "
