“The location in Edinburgh is excellent. The hotel is close to stations, theatre and St. James Quarter for shopping. Directly on the other side of the Square are various restaurants. We paid for an upgrade to a Club Room and were fortunate to be given a Suite. We had a nice bathroom with shower and a slipper bath in the main bedroom. Bed was very comfortable and despite being at the front of the hotel we slept well with no noise. Staff were friendly and nice. Room was ok cleanliness wise but...
