I had an amazing experience at the Novotel Edinburgh Park Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service throughout my stay was exceptional, with great attention to detail and genuine hospitality. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location is also perfect, with easy access to public transport and the city centre. Novotel Edinburgh brilliant stay!!

Excellent location as not in the centre of Edinburgh, hence not attracting high city stay prices. But 2 minutes walk to the tram stop that takes you to Prince street! Very clean, modern hotel, very accommodating staff who helped when required anything sorting. Also near major shopping outlets e.g. TK Max, Tesco etc...

A new hotel,easy access to the tram service to the airport and Edinburgh. Rooms were very good.Restaurant was clean with an excellent breakfast (20 pounds) a bit on the expensive side.Evening menu had a good choice and the food was excellent. The only down side was the privately owned car park,which costs 12 pounds per day.The QR code didnt accept my Barclays bank credit card so we had to pay at the hotel reception. You have a 30 minute grace period and then you will get a 100 pound fine if you dont pay with your car registration number. No discount for Novotel guests.There is a KFC and Krispy Kream donut shop less than 1 minute from the hotel enterence,and a Tesco's and Outlet shops 3 minutes walk as well . A nice location for many people but a little pricey if you plan to stay for a long time.
