"Extremely noisy on Fri/Sat/Sun nights! Booming music, the windows even shake; this is not a place for restful retreat. But it does the job for a quick in-city stay."
"The way place was really good and the stuff so helpful. My room was very clean and the bed so comfortable. The whole place was quiet thus good especially after along trip. "
"A hidden gem in the downtown area. Great place to be in the middle of it all yet with all the comforts of a good hotel after exploring a bustling city. Would recommend for a stay in the heart of Kampala."

"This is the hotel we use on a regular basis when in Kampala for work. The staff there are very friendly, the beds and pillows are comfortable, the breakfast is okay.
It’s a fantastic value-for-money hotel.
Downside - only a couple of local TV stations; no movie channel.
Parking can be an issue sometimes, but the hotel really try hard to accommodate us on this.
And no fridge in a standard room.
Other than these few minor items, the budget hotel is really great! "
"If you decline a room cleaning. They will still come in after you leave. Reasoning was not justified but came with excuses on why she came in. I had cameras inside the room. She stared at my personal items but thankfully she did not take anything. "
"Another delightful stay at Emin Pasha! My favourite hotel in Kampala!
The staff are wonderful; rooms super clean; the restaurant is great; the garden setting is beautiful; and the spa has great massage therapists.
Thank you for a wonderful stay! "
