"For this to be a family resort the kitchens and bathrooms are poorly stocked. One pot for a family to cook a full meal is insane, no dish towels so we had to use washcloths and paper towels to clean the kitchen. The ice machine didn’t work at all!!!"

"This hotel is hype up It is a beautiful hotel on the outside but the inside it is horrible. It is a nightmare. It is mildew in the bathroom mold in the bathroom mold up under the kitchen sink where the garbage disposal is the refrigerator leaked all night and all day the alarms in the hallway went off for seven hours straight from 11 AM to 6 PM. The elevators were not working. I was on the fourth floor. I am disabled. It was a inconvenience to me. I came to go to a theme park and I was stuck in my room and all the Westgate staff can say is I’m sorry I do apologize after spending $400. The services that I receive was only worth maybe $100. This was the worst hotel ever."

"Had a wonderful stay at Kompose Hotel in Orlando! The room was very spacious, clean for the most part and comfortable. One of the best surprises was having a washer and dryer in the room — such a convenient bonus! The pool and amenities were awesome, and the overall environment was very well kept and welcoming. The staff was incredibly friendly and made the stay even more enjoyable. The included breakfast could use a better setup/configuration, but aside from that, everything was pleasant and enjoyable. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay again!"
