I booked this on a last-minute trip through Orlando and I received a great price from Expedia plus the room and the location was great where I loved about it is that the pool area closes at 11 o’clock and the restaurant that’s there by the pool closes at 10:30. Staff was helpful. It was a quick check-in. They helped me out and allowed me to do a later checkout. I’ll definitely come back here again.

Check in was quick and loads of parking. We were located in the tower. Lovely big, clean room. Good size mini fridge for water and snacks etc. The air conditioning unit was very, very loud so perhaps best to avoid if you are sensitive to noise. However, it did keep the room at a perfect temperature! The WiFi was patchy at times.

I stayed with my daughter for 6 nights and the hotel offered bus reservation for all Universal resorts. The location and amenities were very convenient for traveling, eating out and shopping. While we stayed, however, the hotel elevators in the tower stopped working for a short period and the doors to the stairs were all locked. Breakfast portion was small and came with a bottle of juice or water.

We were originally supposed to stay at a different hotel....it was less than acceptable to say the least. We got re-booked with this hotel and let me tell you we were AMAZED at how great this hotel is! The pool is the best hotel pool ive ever been in. They have shuttles to universal and Disney (for free! Just make sure you're standing outside for them or they will leave you). Very happy with this hotel.

When I arrived to my room, it was big enough and comfy for just my two kids and I but being the clean freak that I am I spotted a few missed spots that were dirty so I used baby wipes to clean it and Lysol sprayed everything. The pool area was my favorite! Across from volcano bay and a few other spots so overall I had a great experience

The lobby is really nice upon entering but once you her to your room, whether you’re in the tower or garden, it’s horrible. My room had the ceiling creoles as if upstairs leaked through… my remote control was covered in duck tape lol along with the iron. There was a lot of “no ways” at this resort and I wouldn’t recommend. The cafe downstairs made wonderful food though.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The pool was definitely my favorite part and made the trip even more relaxing. The staff was friendly, and overall I had a great experience. The only downsides were that the hotel didn’t provide bathrobes, which would have been a nice touch, and I was overcharged $164 on my account even though I had already paid for my room with a different card. I also noticed the bathroom could use some remodeling the bathtub looked like it had been spray-painted white. Aside from those issues, I had a great stay and would consider coming back, especially because of the amazing pool.
