Nice condo neat and tidy. Staff were friendly We had a deluxe 1 bed suit with kitchen. This is so well located . Universal parks all around this site. A few issues with the room on this occasion the shower had no pressure at any time the water only trickled out, a few occasions there was no hot water or on one occasion there was no water for several hours.

This hotel is very clean, I will give them that. It is also very conveniently located only a few mins from universal. However, the pool furniture is outdated and not in the best condition. The pool itself is a good size but not a great pool. The rooms are good , we stayed in the double king room and it was a nice room for the price. Overall it was a decent place for the price. The only and main issue I had was that unless you have a junior suite there is no access to laundry. You can wash or dry anything unless you have the balcony room. We wanted to upgrade but it comes with only one king bed and a sofa bed which is terrible to sleep in. There was also some sketchy characters coming in and out during our stay there. So, I assume that for the price there are a lot of randoms who stay there. Would I go back? No. But not a terrible place. I give it a 3/5.

Everything was perfect except the following items my shower started out cold and took some time to hot probably because they were working on the water at the time. But whatever they did I felt like Goldilocks after the water was either hot or too hot even warm nor cold. And in the bathroom there was a bug problem but no where else that I saw. Minus those two things the staff were all friendly and extremely helpful.

I stayed here in February and had a mix up with the hotel giving the code to my room to new guests during a 4 night stay. I read good reviews so decided to give them another chance. This trip was for two nights. The morning after the first night housekeeping knocked on two separate occasions asking why we haven't checked out yet. I went down to the desktop clarify about our stay. They assured me I was fine and had the room for two nights. Half an hour later housekeeping was knocking on the door again saying it was past our checkout time. Eventually they left us alone, but we will not be staying here again.

We loved our stay here! We went to Halloween Horror Nights and this was such a great spot in an incredible location. Universal was literally 6 minutes down the road. Our room was incredible for the price, we appreciated that parking was free and the pool and hot tub was a superb amenity. (We just wish it was open a bit later.) The room was very clean, the only thing is there was no air conditioning unit which I like to use as a fan for noise. It was also a tad humid in the room at times. Breakfast was also a fee but that didn’t bother us since we got food at other places. Very clean, friendly staff and a lovely place. Truly a 10/10, we would love to come back again!

Housekeeping repeatedly no showed when scheduled. Microwave was completely broken. Icemaker needed to be repaired upon arrival. Missing basic utensils like a spatula and only 2 spoons. Cabinet below sink was in rough shape with chipped paint everywhere. Extremely poor customer service.

The photos are not completely accurate. The rooms and property are in rough conditions. The shower did not have hot water and the toaster did not work. They do not have enough parking spaces to accommodate everyone staying on the property. Finally, the breakfast options were limited to pancakes or waffles and upcharded. The staff was very nice and check in was smooth.

The hotel was clean and most things seemed to have been updated pretty recently. Our room was very nice and conveniently located. We had no issues with parking or checking in/out. The pool area was the highlight of the stay, but the pool bar seemed to only be opened sporadically with no set schedule. My only two complaints are that at one point there was a couple who were arguing and making a huge scene, cursing, and screaming/crying… front desk staff said there was nothing they could do about it because they are “residents” and not guests of the hotel. They also state that they are a “pet-free” hotel. I have horrible dog allergies and specifically looked for a place that didn’t allow pets, only to find that they did allow “residents” to have pets, so my allergies took a turn for the worse even with meds. Overall, it was a good place to stay. Much nicer than a lot of other non-Disney/Universal properties in the area.

Great hotel, overall. It's priced right and set up for families and long stays as well. There is no free breakfast but there are so many options close by! I love that it's close to everything that matters in Orlando! I highly recommend this hotel.
