“Front desk guy was super rude, disrespectful and gross. We rented a room for 6 max capacity (suite) and he was only letting 2 stay and making us pay for the extra 4 people, completely ignoring the fact we booked a room for 6 max capacity. We tried every possible way to fix the situation, but he only showed a bad attitude and gave us the worst treatment we have ever received! “Quaint little resort within walking distance to a few restaurants and a CVS with packaged donuts, danishes and coffee for breakfast. Gulf of America beachfront access with lounge chairs and a dock. I don’t recommend a boat bigger than 20’, it’s a tight turn to back down the sand ramp and there’s no electricity or water on the dock to rinse your boat or to flush the engine. We were wishing the was a pool, but otherwise, the cottages were very nice with full size appliances and tall ceilings. ”

“Unfortunately I had a bad experience regarding a fish I ate at the restaurant on property. It was spoiled and I ended up having to go to a nearby hospital due to the terrible spoiling effects of the food.”

“If this place was renovated or updated it would be really nice. We had to switch rooms because the air conditioning had a loud whistling sound. The staff were really nice about the change which we appreciated. There were a lot of mosquitos around the property. The nearby water is pretty and we saw a gorgeous sunset. You probably wouldn't want to go swimming though because the water is filled with seaweed. It's more of a sit by the pool and water place, not really a beach go in the water place....
