Sonesta Select Indianapolis Carmel
Had issue with adjoining room. Guest was loud, obnoxious, and stayed up til 2:30am, keeping us up. When I called the front desk to complain, the guest argued with the receptionist. Nothing was done and we weren’t moved. We didn’t sleep well that night, our only night there!

Our bed was broken out heads dipped down very uncomfortable sleep. Kept waking up all contorted trying to even ourselfs out. Husband woke up with a terrible back ache I just couldn’t stay alseep

The Fontana Hotel
