โExcellent Staff, full of hospitability. You will feel welcome as soon as you arrive to the hotel. Restaurant on site serves delicious food. Hotel rooms clean and supplied everyday. What is also important Staff cares about area outside, being there on rain season I was not bitten by even one single mosqito ;) โ
โOverall was a good stay. Very silent and comfortable room.
The internet connect is very very bad. Very slow and unstable. Wi-Fi worked only in specific spots in the room which was not good for me because I had to work from the room several times.
One day the hot water has gone from the room and the Hotel couldn't do anything to help. I had to take a cold shower :).
Overall is very good, service is good and Sky Louge has a great view.โ
โIt was a good homely peaceful and tranquil stay at Lago Vila. Good nice clean environment around a very pleasant sight of Lake just through the French window.โ
โI took two rooms at starlit service apartments. Getting there was a bit of trouble because of bad roads, however the place was very good. The rooms were good, have an owen, television, induction stove, tea/coffee maker, excellent beds. The staff were friendly and easily available for our service. Though a service apartment they were as good a good 4 star hotel. Impressed!โ

โDescription and photos of hotel are totally inaccurate!!! Rooms are ridiculously small, WiFi doesn't work, toilets didn't flush, and service was awful. Checked out after one horrible night. Do not stay at this hotel!โ
