Angereist sind wir mit zwei Kindern… die Kommunikation und Check-In Infos liefen reibungslos. Fragen wurden unmittelbar beantwortet. Geparkt wurde in einer Tiefgarage, 2,15m Einfahrtshöhe, perfekt für unseren Bus. Dann geht es per Aufzug zur Wohnung. Die Flure sind recht eng und man muss recht viele Türen passieren. "The staff were fantastic, some of the best cusotmer service I have ever received. Nothing was too much from sorting an early check in as we'd been hiking for 6 days to sorting storage during our hike. Our room, the Spa and breakfast were all excellent. A fabulous stay and when I'm in Innsbruck again this will be where I stay. thank you all for such a great stay."
