The hotel is well located in the centre of Innsbruck within easy walking distance of the main station. There are great views of the mountains from the rooms. The airport bus (Line F) stops outside the hotel. Breakfasts are good. This is the third time we have stayed at the hotel and we are very satisfied.

Great location and overall good hotel. The only issue I have with the hotel is that they use lot of bleach to clean bedding. You can smell the bleach in all the bedding and for some reason I woke up every morning with irritated pinkish eye. It would go away through the day and come back in the morning after sleeping in the bed.

Great location! 5 minute walk from the train station. Close to the main attractions with excellent transport links. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Staff were all very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was very well organised with excellent selection. Gluten free options were provided when requested. Would definitely stay again. Very impressed with Innsbruck. Hotel provided us with a free welcome card that provided numerous discounts and free local transport.
