A very good stay. The staff were great and breakfast was fantastic. The room was very comfortable and quiet and the AC worked well. The only reason not a 5 star stay is the room wasn’t immaculate and the bed sheet was stained. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here though. Very convenient to get into old town, great breakfast and nice room.

Good location. Large room with huge bed! Fridge in room. Nice view from the room. 20min walk from the centre but bus stops less than 200m away. Welcome card gave us free public transport and free up and down on 4 cable cars in the local area. Washing machine and dryer was a welcome addition after long hot days in the mountains and we came home from holiday with lots of clean clothes! Supermarket 500m away.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very kind and helpful. However, the main issue with the hotel is the centralised air conditioning system meaning the entire building is kept at 21 degrees. This meant the room was a little too hot for sleeping and it would have been beneficial to have control of the temperature. Apart from that, no complaints and would highly recommend the hotel for anyone staying in Innsbruck. The bus stop beside the hotel is extremely handy for a bus into the centre which runs regularly.

The beds were very comfortable. They were by far the most comfortable beds we had in our 2 week trip throughout Europe. It was clean, quiet and in a great location. There are a lot of places to eat and shop at within walking distance. The breakfast was fantastic. They had a lot of options. It’s a great place to stay.

We arrived early but the receptionist did an excellent job in making us welcome and helping us to find our way around the city. The breakfast was good, with no complaints. The room was not so good the air conditioning was taped off and the only option was on at the preset temperature or off. It wasn’t even possible to quieten the fan at night so you have to live with the noise or turn it off and open the window. The sink plug was also broken and it was quite obvious that it was, it seems ridiculous that it hadn’t been repaired.

Nice hotel and room is clean and quiet. The staff was helpful. The hotel is two bus stops from the train station and multiple buses nearby to go to the old town. There is a huge super market a few mins away from the hotel.

Unfortunately we had no shower gel and the hot water was Luke warm in the shower on the first morning. Once we spoke to reception this was rectified. The only thing we were disappointed with was our rooms weren’t cleaned with beds made for the time we stayed. The sofa bed in the first room was cleaned with the bed made however the main bedroom and bathroom was left. The location was great and walking distance to the train station and many restaurants.
