The hotel room was a little different being on two floors with the bed up some steep stairs with the bathroom below so not so good for getting out at night. The room was a good size. Staff were generally OK but a bit hostile when we arrived early but we could leave our luggage and then went to visit friends nearby. There was a problem at checkout when they tried to charge for the room again which was previously paid to Expedia but that issue was easily resolved.

Please next time if your close dont rent rooms.
Horrible, arrived in the evening hotel was closed called the phone number. No one answered tried bell no answer. Called customer service at hotels they said i they couldnt reach the hotel to get another one. Nothing was avaliable near by drove 2 plus hours to fussen DE. To find a place at 5am. Worst experience.

Sehr nettes Hotel. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Neubau mit relativ großen Fernseher, gute Betten und kleiner Terrasse. Jeden Tag sind wir im Innen Pool geschwommen Panorama Bergblick. Den Saunabereich haben wir nicht benutzt darum kann ich keinen Bewertung dafür abgeben. Kostenloses parken in der Tiefgarage.
