"The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. It had a nice patio to enjoy sitting outdoors. There is a fitness room with a game room/family room gathering area in the basement. The washer and dryer was quite convenient for our stay as well. There are bicycles available at the property to use as well. We would definitely stay again! The king beds in each room were an added bonus!"

"We enjoyed our week-long stay here! The apartment is clean and well-laid-out for a family; we loved having a kitchen so we didn't need to eat out every meal. The location is great as it's relatively peaceful but close to the center of Linz. I only wish there were a bathtub for the kids and either a broom or vacuum to help tidy up during our stay! Otherwise there was everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again on a trip back to Linz."

"At first I was disappointed that I didn't get a small couch as shown in the photos (a comfortable chair/couch is a priority of mine) but the small desk worked fine. I just put a pillow on the hard chair for a little bit of comfort. Otherwise all was great. Loved the slanted windows and fresh air coming in and large bathroom. "Be very mindful that it’s a self check-in property. Before living there, be sure to contact them for an online check in link or you’ll have to wait at the front door. Not easy to find, I think the building goes by a different name, something perk. But the room is definitely a gray suite! It got everything, family friendly. "

"Excellent location if you want to be in the middle of shopping. We struggled with the temperature control in the room and it was super noisy all night long being on the main strip (not just from people below, but while we were there they were erecting a construction area so it wouldn’t necessarily be like this all the time). However, the apartment was clean, well equipped and communication with the hotel was excellent. The folks at the reception desk were amazing."

"The location is good, not in the heart of the old town but a short walk of 10 min. Our problem is that the shower room floods quickly because the drainage is kind of blocked. That should be easily detected and fixed earlier, so a big disappointment."
