"We loved our stay. The hotel was cosy and quiet and, as a mum and teenage daughter, we felt safe. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The location is only a few minutes walk from the stations and the old town and main attractions and the bus system is brilliant. We would definitely stay again.
Tips to make it even better (but wouldn't stop us from staying again)-a mirror in the room would make it quicker for two women both wanting to do hair and makeup rather than waiting for the bathroom. Also the bathroom sink is huge so myself being short and short-sighted, couldn't get close enough to the mirror to do makeup. We really wanted a light breakfast at the hotel but couldn't justify the price for how much we'd eat. Maybe tiered pricing for smaller and larger breakfasts would be good."
