No A/C, No bottle water, no coffee machine, as a sister property to The Hey Hotel it is the bare basics (bed/bathroom/TV). Clean, close to shops, bus, train stations. I did not like the hallways had lights only come on when you stand there awhile and go off fast.

Room were so dusty, the whole family got allergy. Big chunks of dust always found on the bed top. About the staffs, front desk were nice but the at the dinning room the hostess (tall lady) was so rude. She always telling us that there’s no table available, and go find our own table. Server were so nice. Excellent location close to train stations , many restaurants , shopping centres and grocery store.internet has very good signal.

We stayed at the guest house by hey Hotel its clean and big, the breakfast is pretty good many choices. The place is close to everything it is also 5-10 minutes walk from the train station at Interlaken West.

Great location & staff were really helpful . If travelling during peak summer time just be mindful that there is no air conditioning, they do provide you with portable fan & it helps when you open windows but other than that everything else is great . Breakfast is amazing & very spacious room.

The property has 2 bldgs, a hotel and a guest house. We stayed in the guest house. Breakfast was in the Hey hotel. Staff was friendly, check in was quick. Spacious loft style room. Separate beds for 4 adults. Good breakfast options. Storage room available for luggage after check out.

I would give our stay a 6/10. Unfortunately the room that we stayed in was older and not updated, plus it did not have AC (which I understand most hotel rooms in Switzerland don't but still), and so overall it just didn't feel worth the money (although all hotels are quite pricey in the area in general). The location was really perfect though! Only about a 5 min walk from the train station which is great when you have luggage. Close to eating and shopping. The area itself is very clean and feels very safe. There's also a self-serve laundry spot very, very close by which was very convenient for us. I would recommend this stay for anyone on a budget because of the location, but for anyone looking for a nicer stay I would not recommend this location.

We were in the Guesthouse which is the 'budget' rooms of The Hey Hotel. Room was clean, beds comfy, excellent breakfast. View from both our rooms was out onto the roof terrace of the next door building about a metre away. The rooms would benefit from a voile curtain for privacy without drawing curtains. This didn't really spoil our 2 night stay as we were only in the room to sleep. Easy access to Ost station, No 21 bus. And walkable to West Station.

Very surprised that this hotel was at 100% occupancy and doesn’t have a full time maintenance person. Shower was TINY and fittings were faulty. Staff did not react in any way positively. Breakfast was ok- but very crowded. Location was great- close to west train station.
