매우 편안하고 깨끗하며 훌륭한 아침식사가 제공됨. 꼬모, 벨라지오, 레코지역 관광에는 적합하나 조금씩 떨어져있어서 차는 필수.

The hotel has been so nice for motorist, still OK
It is situated not so far from the train station. But will not be easy to pull troley in between as it takes 15 minutes on foot. If you are considering a trip with a car, it will be much better. And the hotel provides big parking lot, so it won't be difficult for you to find one spot for you. The building seems to be not so old. (Or well mordernized.) The elevator is a bit small, but would not bother you anyway the hotel does not have much stairs from the entrance to the room. The room is OK, well sanitized. Interior is just as seen from photos, still you have to check if your room will be bathtub, if you need one. And please check to reception if your window is going to be blocked by the restaurant building(Annex??). My windows was blocked, but I did not complain anyway I did not need any window open. But, if you are concerned over it, please make sure to discuss to the reception. WiFi in the room is OK. Even support for HD video streaming. But I believe that you should not enjoy video while you are traveling Italy. ;-) The restaurant already seems so nice, but you can find one or two good restaurants around the hotel with more competitive price. But please do not expect something "Italy" from the surrounding area. You need a car then definitiely. From the surrounding area, the hotel restaurant is the only restaurant which provides Italian food. And it is quite expensive, unfortunately.

highly satisfied
With its price, this 4 star hotel offered us the best quality and service, comparable to those of 5 star hotels. The hotel restaurant was another value added, with inexpensive but good quality food and service. We rented two rooms, and we all my family members liked this hotel very much.

Ist definitiv kein 4* Hotel. Badezimmer bzw. Dusche - die Fugen bereits kaputt. Das Frühstück sehr übersichtlich und nichts besonderes. Die Matratze richtig durch.

The room was nice, however lacked shampoo & body washes, we had ants in the room too. Nice restaurant at affordable prices, with good service, however neither male or female toilets had soap, which puts a doubt into the hygiene standards. Check out time also slightly early.

Quattro stelle per questo hotel mi sembrano un po troppe per me é piu un tre stelle. Detto questo l'hotel si trova in posizione comoda da raggiungere transitando sulla SS36.La camera (doppia uso singolo) era molto piccola ma pulita e abbastanza confortevole. Buono il ristorante. Comodissimo il parcheggio in loco e gratuito.

Lo consiglio, solo qualche difetto eliminabile
Abbiamo pernottato due notti nella Junior Suite Deluxe. La camera è pulita, grande, ben arredata, presenti un misto di palchetto e moquette, letto comodo, ampi spazi per appoggiare le proprie cose, aria condizionata efficiente ed efficace anche per la clientela più esigente (secondo me è il pregio numero 1 della camera). Tv grande con canali satellitari. Doccia con possibilità di getti idromassaggio, presenti prodotti di qualità per il bagno, ampio parcheggio gratuito. La sala colazione è molto accogliente, vi è la possibilità (che abbiamo sfruttato) di mangiare dietro ampie e luminose vetrate. Per la colazione, nel rispetto della normativa contro il Covid, si sono organizzati consegnando al momento del check in un foglio contenente una lista di alternative ed il cliente indica tutto ciò che vuole gli venga servito. Nel nostro caso nulla è mancato per due giorni ed è risultata una colazione più che soddisfacente. Particolarmente gentile la ragazza della sala. Parte negativa: per essere una Junior Suite Deluxe stona la presenza di due tracce di muffa in due angoli della stanza e di una crepa; il tendone della camera presentava una macchia di circa 50 cm, fastidioso il protrarsi di una costante rumorosità proveniente dall’esterno dovuta ad un macchinario. Wifi non eccezionale dove eravamo, lento se si ha un notebook. Sono comunque tutti difetti eliminabili, la mia votazione resta ottima, consiglio il soggiorno anche per un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Das beste an dem Hotel ist das Restaurant. Hier wurde viel Mühe in die Aufmachung gesteckt. Die Hohe Galerie schindet Eindruck. Das Essen ist auch gut. Aber die Zimmer sind klein, abgewohnt und dunkel. Für eine Nacht als Durchreise Ok. Länger wollte ich nicht bleiben.

The Hotel was OK, and the restaurant was excellent, but the worst part was the heating in the room. It was soooo warm in the room. I tried to switch on the air conditioning but it didn't work. I ask at reception to block the heating of my room at least but no solution sadly. They told me to open the windows... I did it but the highroad besides the hotel is so busy and noisy.

The restaurant in the hotel is really excellent for lunch or dinner. The breakfast was nice but nothing hot is served except toast, etc. The rooms were very nice. Firm and comfortable beds - slept exceptionally well while there. The bathrooms are very nice but the showers are a bit small. The staff is accommodating but a bit limited. But their hospitality in the restaurant is the best.

Super nice reception. The location of the hotel is close to the center of Lurago d'Erba. Very nice room with super good bed. The breakfast was good with a lot of variety.

Erste Nacht: Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, Badezimmer mit kaputter Jalousie und dementsprechend freien Blick ins Bad. Bett nicht komfortabel, Feder der Matratze deutlich spürbar. Zweite Nacht: Neues Zimmer, sauberer und allgemein besserer Zustand. Frühstück in Ordnung. Mitarbeiter hilfsbereit und Service war gut. Angebundenes Restaurant sehr gut
