"Room was very clean, comfy bed..a bit softer than I prefer, but comfy. Check in took forever. No one else but me checking in at the time, the lady was very slow, with a gruff attitude..i found her very unpleasant..then a video Check out screen of an at home person..WTH? Breakfast was nasty...Its NOT a Buffet..its nasty egg disks, gross gravy, stale biscuits.. Eat somewhere else...I wouldn't recommend this place..unless you just want to sleep n go for 1 night...there are better hotels in the area..."

"This hotel wasn’t bad. It was average. Inverness is a beautiful area, so the surrounding area outside is fabulous. The hotel itself is older, dingy, and not updated. Carpets were frayed, stained, and dirty, the finish in the bathtub in my room was coming off. Little things like that. My room is lovely, clean, towels smelled fresh and clean, sheets were fresh and clean. Overall things appeared clean, neat, and tidy. The pictures on Expedia definitely don’t depict what’s real. The outside common area was dirty, and it smelled like cigarettes and pot, which is not pleasant, so I wasn’t able to sit outside like I wanted to! It’s interesting because parking is out around the back, and there’s not really an easy way to get into the front from the parking lot! I thought that was interesting. The staff was friendly and pleasant, that was nice. It was nice to have a restaurant on site, I ordered the hamburger with fries and the firecracker shrimp, both were good! I would give it a 7 1/half out of 10. For the food. For the price, everything was great! I would recommend to any traveler that wants to stay in a decent hotel, in a great area, but is looking to save a little money."
