O hotel é bom, e tem uma ótima localização

É um bom hotel, mas deixou a desejar em algumas coisas na estadia. No meu quarto não tinha toalha de rosto no banheiro, e além disso, não tinha nenhuma coberta para dormir, eu e minha namorada tivemos que nos cobrir com a única colcha da cama. Tirando isso o quarto apesar de pequeno era ok, e com a limpeza tbm estava tudo certo. O café da manhã também foi razoável. No geral é um bom hotel, mas pelo preço que paguei deixou a desejar em algumas coisas.

Cheguei no dia 24, com o atendente não sendo muito simpático. Falou que no hotel estava sem internet e não teria previsão de voltar. E realmente hospedei por 24h sem internet. A garagem é muito apertada e sai com um amassado de algum carro do lado no meu carro. O atendente me direcionou inicialmente para um quarto sujo aí tive que ter o transtorno de descer e mudar o quarto. A ducha é bem fraca. Café da manhã bom

A experiência não foi boa. Para começar, nossa reserva não estava no sistema. O processo do hotel parece ser muito manual. O atendente até que foi prestativo e nos conseguiu os quartos que precisávamos pelo mesmo preço da reserva, mas esse problema inicial foi um pouco estressante. Quando chegamos no quarto, para nossa surpresa, parecia que ele não havia sido arrumado. Havia uma toalha pendurada no box, como se tivesse sido usada, restos de comida no frigobar (frutas) e um berço montado ao lado da cama (que não pedimos). Eu e minha esposa ficamos bastante incomodados, mas estávamos cansados e sem paciência para reclamar sobre isso e mudar de quarto (guardei fotos para uma posterior reclamação construtiva). Não conhecíamos o hotel, fomos pela avaliação do hoteis.com e achamos que não vale a pena. Talvez seja algo que aconteceu somente conosco, mas parece que falta uma gestão melhor do empreendimento. Não gostamos e não recomendamos.
