"The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was extremely convenient to Osan Air Base, shopping, and many food options. The only down side was that my microwave didn't work but as I was only there a couple of days it just meant a lunch of cold leftover pizza instead of hot, which wasn't that big of a deal. If I had stayed longer I would have notified the staff or asked for a working one, but it was otherwise a wonderful stay and would certainly use it again...

Also felt unsafe as I had a corner room and the entire night the emergency or exit door was wide open to where anybody could come into the halls without being a guest.
