The room was so comfy and spacious, love the ambience of the hotel, the design, wonderful and excellent staff, great facilities and aminities provided. Except for breakfast, the choices of foods were so limited, not at par with Marriott hotels.

A really good stay - the hotel has been recently refurbished so is much nicer than some older reviews suggest. Our room attendant Rishad was super attentive and kind. Other staff in the hotel were also very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast could be improved but this was the only thing we noted.

This hotel is very new, and the property is in a great condition. There is a shopping center with a grocery market across the street. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Everyone speaks English vary well in Malaysia.

The room was comfortable and the facilities okay. However, a couple of improvements are needed, the receptionist in charge of check-in could be friendlier to create a more welcoming atmosphere,and the bath towels provided were not clean(yellow stains and hair) which was disappointing.

The hotel is clean and nice. However the service is bad. We booked for 3 and paid extra for it. However, the room is only prepared for 2. We called the service desk,but no one pick up the call. We have no choice but to call general line in order to reach out. We have waited for more than 30 min before someone came to handle the situation.

Our Stay at AC

On the whole, our stay was pleasant and comfortable. There was a hiccup when we check in and they could not find our booking. It took some time but was sorted out. One minus point was the drainage at the shower area. The drainage was not good and fast enough for the rain shower and it started to pond and eventually flow out of the shower area. That makes the floor very slippery and thus the chances of slipping and falling is high.
