Room as per described in web. No breakfast though payment made was for room & breakfast. The reason we chose this hotel as they provide breakfast & that time was festive sesaon. No restaurant open that time. Not even a single bread from 7-Eleven given as a replacement. Have to walk thru smoking-floor to get to the non-smoking floor. We had bad cough as a result of it as me & my son are asthmatic. Parking less security

Not a decent stay.
The room has nothing to shout about but the basin was broken with water rushing down at the bottom of the basin. It got worst on 3rd day and the bed sheet has dried blood stain the day we checked in. One of the curtain has burned hole.

酒店床差有声音，有点吵，Check ln有问题订两套房有我朋友名字没有我的名到了酒店说没有左右两边房，又要网上查我名字查到都太迟了没有左右房，真气人他们说是网购的问题。

One night stay in Ipoh
The bathroom was very smelly. Should be due to clogged toilet drainage and or plumbing. The curtain separating the shower area to the wash basin also stink.

Reasonable stay
Nothing to shout about. It is a budget hotel but i have stayed in a much better budget hotels with cheaper rates. Having said that, for a 1 night stay, it was reasonable. Breakfast is not included but for only RM10, the menu is really worth the price.

Pleasant stay
Nice place to stay on a budget. Very big room and clean. Near to Ipoh Parade and easy to access to all attractive place.

Quite convenient n reasonable priced.Good parking.
No separate shower stalls, so the whole bathroom floor is wet when one takes a shower. Only 1 free extra pillow for a twin room. Extras are charged RM2 each. No direct lift to the new wing. One has to walked to 1st floor to get the lift or take a lift from the old wing and walk across. Inconvenience to those on wheelchairs. Most rooms in the old wings are smoking rooms that smells of cigarette smoke.

Once reached, room lock spoil at the bathroom. Then maintenance guy very rude to do it. Room amenities not same as appear in website. Limited parking as website was saying a lot of Parking.

What a terrible hotel. you can find there is a lot woman hair on the floor, blood stain on bed sheet, very sticky floor and, worst ever TV , CRT ...come on...still using CRT tv??? unbelievable!

Clean Hotel for a Short Trip
The hotel was clean and comfortable. I booked this hotel last minutes and the check in was smooth. The only drawback was a loud noise coming from the piping system for about 5 minutes (after I took a hot shower). My guess it was the hot water. Other than that, the hotel was good.

Strategic location as near town but dirty and old
Unsatisfactory,as mostly facilties are old and dirty and bad maintain.Worst of all not enough carpark for guest escpecially peak season.

Overall , staffs are pleasing . Room is clean. Power socket in the room were at the back of the TV. It is hard to charge mobile or boil water. Internet connection is extremely bad. In term of signal and speed.

No good.
The only positive point from this stay was the private parking place for hotel customer. The room condition was old and has some strange smell. The Room was at 3rd level facing the main road. There were alot of noise coming from the traffic, even at 2 am. The room came with a complimentary breakfast coupon (only for 1 person, despite i stayed with my partner). Check in took like 20 minutes. TV has limited channel to choose from and even so, the signal was poor. Overall, bad experience.
