Some days the neighbors (next room) are noisy. We would prefer a small fridge in the room.

Overall is good.
The room is clean, quite comfortable for 3 person to stay. But have to deposit RM100 during check in.

Business stay in IPOH !
Room overall condition is OK. However, reading table chair, proper hanging place and hangers should be made available. Shower screen / curtain and fridge is also not provided inside room.

Cleanliness was good. However their airconds are not maintained properly. Even if you complain that the aircond is not functioning well, all they can say is 'sorry'.And they dont have inhouse technicians at hand.

Spacious room with clean environment.
The room is spacious with 2 queen beds and 2 single beds. The only thing is that the hotel do not provide much toiletries. So do bring your own tooth paste, shampoo etc. Plus point with convenient free parking lot available.

The hotel is clean and service is good. Reasonable pricing too..and especially so strategic and convenient too. The staff are very friendly and helpful too

great location and easy access. Ample parking space and the best part is the room is reasonably priced, especially if your travelling on weekdays. highly recommended if you are on a budget and want a clean space to stay!

bathroom water flow
I had a one night stay on the 17th of December and the shower head water flow was very slow and felt really uncomfortable. hope improvement of the water flow will be service. thank you.

Value for money
My room was huge for a 3star hotel. The bed was cosy and air cond is running silence. Shower just great, but the water draining out a bit slow. Near to food court stalls, you need to have your own transport.

It's a nice place, cosy, clean and efficient staff. Some small issues with aircon not cold enough -nothing a good service can't solve. It's a quiet place just nice for a short stay

Overall it is still a good hotel to stay.
Overall everything was good. The room itself was clean enough since it is kind of a newly built hotel, so most of the facility in there was still in great condition, which was one of the reason I booked this hotel. The only thing that bothered me the most was the air-conditioner, which was not cold enough. I mean, it wasn't entirely not cold, it was just not cold enough for me as I felt kinda warm when I put the blanket on. The next thing I wish they could improve is the water pressure in the shower, and provide a better shampoo for their customers. I would say it is still a great hotel to stay as it is a budget hotel after all.

Very friendly staff and comfort stay
The room is very tidy and all the facilities are good, but the lighting of the bathroom is slightly dim, as I would suggest the bathroom to look as bright as possible

A Nice and Clean Budget Hotel
This is the second time my famiy stayed in this hotel. It is clean and provides comfort stay. The parking is convenient and even at night there is quite nice cafe opposite it. My family feels happy to stay at here although its location is a bit far from the old town of Ipoh. But it is still acceptable in the driving distance.

A hotel to remember
The dustbin is full with trashed when we checked in..luckily the hotel staff is available to clean it immediately. However, there is no phone given in the room..guests need to walk to the reception to ask for housekeeping. Moreover, my husband spotted a needle stuck at the carpet. luckily he spotted it before we injured ourselves. There was a Tiger Bar at the ground floor near to the lift entrance to the hotel which is quite annoying since the sound was non stop and created an unpleasant smell. The shower also gave a so and so water pressure which is quite unsatisfying.
