“Such great value. Free parking, large room, bedding clean and comfy, lovely and helpful staff. In fact Haroon was just wonderful, such a pleasant man and warm welcome.
The room wasn't anything special but we only paid £45 so it was a bargain and I'd thoroughly recommend it.”

“This was an outstanding stopover for a couple of nights. A most welcoming hostess, overseeing our visit throughout. The room, although not large, was clean and well maintained, and like the rest of the property spick and span. Breakfast was outrageously generous, both in size and content. The location is very quiet and highly suited to visiting local attractions, being only 5 mins drive from Aldeburgh and 10 mins from Snape, with car parking well provided on site. Thoroughly recommended.”
