"The only problem we had was a sign that said parking sold out. When we arrived after a very long trip at midnight and there was atleast 8 or 9 spots available at the hotel, they still asked me to move my vehicle to an off property lot. Other than that, everything was great."

"We originally only visited the hotel for the Big Island Luau which was great then our flight was cancelled and we needed a hotel for one night and got a room. The king bed room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The only problem we had was with the shower that was clogged so the water filled up to your ankles. We contacted front desk and no one was able to help us because the engineers were gone for the day. They did offer us new room but it was after midnight and we were too tired to...

"We enjoyed our stay very much for our honeymoon. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed each of the restaurants, and had access to many conveniences at the resort. We did not do the manta tour with the resort, but I did see that they provided it and we’d do that next time. We already want to return."

"The property itself was fine. I didnt like that they left opened condiments and a water bottle in the refrigerator. Or that the sink pop up didnt work, or what looks like mold developing on the shower liner. But you get what you pay for, so it is what it is. My plane changed after booking so I had to extend my time with a late checkout, which I paid almost a whole day for to check out at 5 pm instead of 10 am.
