“Great location for an overnight stay In tubercurry. Nothing fancy but the staff were very kind, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was in the center of town within walking distance to local pubs. The restaurant attached to the hotel had great food and dessert with live music. Parking is in the back of the hotel that is gated overnight, which is nice. ”

“After a week on a river boat, we booked a night at Hartley House and thoroughly enjoyed it. We felt right at home and the hostess, Kate was remarkable in how she went above and beyond in order to meet our needs. This is the true Ireland in an old, historic house in a quiet country area. A very memorable stay with a wonderful big breakfast. ”

“Woodhill House is a charming old manor house in a lovely little town. The room was spacious and clean and the area was very quiet. Breakfast was delicious, though they only start serving at 8:30am so plan accordingly. John was a very welcoming host and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend Woodhill House if you are in the Ardara area.”

“The room had an Ocean View. The breakfast was lovely. Cereal, Orange, Tea and a fry up. The room was clean and very quiet. There was no tvs in the rooms. There was adequate communal space downstairs with a TV where breakfast was also served. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hosts were lovely and could not do enough for you. The b&b is about 2kms outside of the town. This was fine I just drove in.”

“Staff were friendly and helpful. The choice of breakfast was very good and generally very well cooked. While the room we were allocated had an excellent view over the harbour, it was narrow and would have benefited from better bedside lights for reading in the evening.”
