I'll start by saying the staff was great. Super nice and helpful. The hotel itself is hot garbage. Got the suite room. Jet tub has a smell. Tile floors broken. Just not nice enough to charge $130 a night.

The renovations were nicely done. I wish housekeeping would do a better job cleaning the floors and corners in the room. The front desk woman was awesome and very helpful when I was having trouble logging into the WIFI and TV.

We chose this room because it was affordable. The room was reasonably clean but the lobby & halls were pretty dirty and there was a bad odor throughout. We went to the nearby Walmart and bought odor absorbing products and a box fan to put in the window, which made it bearable. Also when we came back from dinner there were a couple of sketchy guys (looked like tweakers) in the parking lot yelling and that was a little nerve wracking. The desk clerk was very friendly.

Room was clean. A bit stuffy when we arrived but turning on the A/C fixed that. Dog park area was unclean with garbage, tall weeds, and plenty of dog feces. Not safe for dogs to even walk about this area. Breakfast had lots of carbs, little protein so we went to a restaurant forgoing the "free" breakfast.

The location was good, that was the only good thing about the hotel. The breakfast was empty two hours into a four hour slot, with no refills available. Food items were from Walmart and items made on site were at room temperature. Our room was never stocked before or after checking in, we had to ask for everything EXCEPT the towels and bed sheets (we did have to ask for all sheets and blankets for the available pull out). The pool looked clean until swimming where random chunks or paint and funk were floating around. As for the rooms themselves; after asking for items, the bathroom and jacuzzi were dirty, toilet constantly didn't flush or plugged, there was old chips under the couch covered in ants, the drywall (floor and ceiling) was noticably damaged, and tiles all cracked. Dogs barked in other rooms a lot. We would definitely pick a different place to stay when in the area again.

I loved the location. Although the building is older, it was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it is close to Super One Foods and Walmart and was ideal for my stay during the week.
