There was no one there to check us in. We called the number to get help and no one answered. After about 10 minutes someone came and made us feel that we were a problem to them. They spoke very little English. After being treated like that, we cancelled our 4 night stay. Won't go back.

Older property in need of repairs. Clean enough but no common room accessories like USB outlets. Heating and cooling systems old. Listing stated breakfast was included but when I went to the breakfast area at 7:30am it was closed. Door to lobby / front desk closed and locked. No one around.

Despite stating on their website that emotional support animals would be considered as welcomed to guests free of charge, when I arrived at the location, I was told no cats. They said any other type of emotional support animal would be allowed, including fish, guinea pigs rabbits but not cats. I had already paid and did not get a refund because on their website. It also says that there will be no refunds if the reservation is changed in anyway. I had written on my reservation that I had an emotional support animal that was a cat and before arriving to the location nobody called and told me this was not acceptable. I am very disappointed as I am homeless and spent every single penny. I had to be in this location during the Fourth of July weekend so that I would not be sleeping in my car with people all around. I will never ever book a stay at this location again.

On a day when it was 100 degrees outside (actual temp), the AC unit was not turned on in my room upon check in. Turned it on and had to leave for a while before returning and still had to sit in front of AC air because of how hot it was in the room. Also, the refrigerator was not plugged in and had to wait for it to get cold to use it. Would not recommend this hotel.

Clean, inexpensive place to sleep. No keurig or anything, but exactly everything you need to get through the night. A/C was either full blast or off, but it worked really well. Owners were very kind, would consider staying again if I were in the area. Not much to complain about

I stayed 2 nights at the property. Don’t let the rather run down exterior of the property fool you, the rooms are perfectly fine. The Sauna and hot tub were out of service which would have been nice to know when I booked. What really makes this place special are the owners who are people of deep Christian faith who go out of their way to be extremely welcoming and accommodating. Great spot for when you’re on a budget and need something clean but not fancy ! Great owners!

the pool door was locked and looks like it is out of service and looks like it has been for some time. Certainly, does not look like in the photo. Also, the "breakfast" consisted of a few slices of coffee cake and bananas. the breakfast room was closed and locked and the "breakfast" was in the lobby. If all you need is an inexpensive room and shower this will work. If looking for any advertised amenities go elsewhere.

We booked two prepaid rooms through Hotels.com for a one-night stay. The rooms themselves were mostly clean, the beds were comfortable, and for a budget property I would have probably rated the stay around 3 stars based on the rooms alone. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was difficult. Check-in took over 20 minutes and seemed unusually confusing despite having a prepaid reservation. The owners repeatedly asked us to confirm our identities, appeared confused by the fact that one person had reserved two rooms, and held onto my driver's license and credit card throughout most of the process. The property is under new ownership and the owners were polite, but the hotel felt disorganized. One TV did not work, the A/C struggled to keep up, exterior trash bins were overflowing into the parking lot, and there was a strong odor near one of the side entrances. Guests should also know that religion is a very visible part of the experience. There were Bible verses and religious materials throughout the lobby, the former conference room appeared to have been converted into a chapel, their business cards have bible verses, and the owners prayed for us during check-in, etc. The most concerning issue was billing. The hotel confirmed at check-in that our stay had already been prepaid through Hotels.com and took a credit card for incidentals. Despite that, we were later charged separately through OYO and were also marked as a no-show despite physically checking in and staying.

Dated hotel and amenities. But friendly staff. Owner did charge my card without confirming the correct reservation. Which was very frustrating as it was an over $300 transaction. He did contact the company to issue me a refund. Still awaiting refund. Otherwise, did the job for one night.
