"We booked a room, showed up before checkin time and they were not operating yet for the season. Mistakes happen, so we weren’t too upset as we found a nearby room at Hotel Portobello . The groundskeeper told us to get a refund thru Expedia. Expedia contacted the hotel, the hotel denied our refund. They said we didn’t cancel within the cancelation time frame?? This place is such a scam. I do not recommend unless you want to risk losing your money. "

"B&B was in a great location with easy access to all attractions. Easy check in. The 2 most important things for me not matter where I’m staying are a hot shower and a comfortable bed. Both were fantastic. The room was very spacious. Fulvio was on hand. I was really pleased to see that there was a map of the city available. Lovely City. I recommend a visit. 😊"

"The Grand Hotel is abundant in everything 😍 great location, a 5-10 mins walk to ferry port (usually amalfi coast boats i.e. Travelmar). Centrally located to everything such as beach & town centre. Lovely walk to Lungomare Promenade!
