"The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the room was fairly clean. The (free) breakfast options were plentiful and the ladies that served breakfast were very pleasant. Didn't enjoy some folks smoking right outside the room, but that is more on the folks than the hotel. There was no bathroom fan, but a window ventilated the area fine, though a bit chilly."

"Overall, the room and hotel were clean, and since we only stayed for one night, we were pretty satisfied with our stay! The only downside was I completely forgot that there was no coffee/tea maker or kettle in the room (not the hotel's fault, I should have paid more attention to the details before booking), although a microwave and fridge were provided. I just wish there had been somewhere in the hotel to get hot water, as I’m not a big fan of heating water in the microwave. Other than that, it was a good stay!"

"I gave it 4 stars simply because everything met my expectations but there was nothing really spectacular about it that made me give it that 5th star. Room was clean...bed was comfortable...breakfast was good with plenty of seating. The parking lot could use some repairs and the hot tub was out of order, which was a little disappointing because I was there for a softball tournament and the hot soak would have been nice. For the price, I would definitely stay there again."

"We stayed at Parlee Beach 2 nights mid September, so off season. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The motel has thought of everything. Being more of a summer resort area they had beach towels & chairs available for guests to use with a bin to drop your used towels off and a bin to dip your feet into to rinse off the sand after spending a day at the beach. They also have toasters, kettles & dishes available in the office if guests want to prepare something to eat in the morning. Very nice touches which we definitely appreciated. We personally thanked the proprietors and when we left they stood in the parking lot waving goodbye. Such nice people."

"Room was nice and clean. Great to have a fridge and a microwave! Comfortable bed. The couch was okay comfort wise but positioned poorly for tv viewing. The room does need a little TLC. Unfortunately you can hear the neighbouring room very clearly."
