Excellent location, pool was super clean and not crowded. Great facility. They need to work on attention to detail on the cleaning side. Town was very close by with plenty of stores and night actives.

Booked the listing and it said it slept six people (I took a screenshot- this’ll become relevant in a second). When I arrived, the sofa bed had no mattress. When I reached out to the host, she was too busy partying to address the issue. The morning after, they insisted the room only slept four. On the third night after my oldest son having to sleep on the couch; they brought an air mattress. They were incredibly rude and unhelpful. We had to leave a night early. The host called it “a glitch” and blamed Expedia. On a positive note- the grounds were beautiful and the pool was perfect - so I encourage you to rent in this complex. Just not this unit with this host company (and watch out because they have several properties.)

The nearby beaches! We didn’t swim, but got excellent photos and videos with sunset and sunrise. It’s almost 2-hour drive from the SJ airport, we picked it for the expected quiet and beautiful environment, and we got that. The unit is very spacious, nice and clean, partial ocean view from the balcony.

Loved this property. It was spacious and clean. The location was perfect. Full kitchen & view from balcony was awesome. The only issue was there was no hot water so the shower was a bit difficult. Overall, it was worth it & I'd stay again.

We had trouble with the lock box and getting into the property, it seemed like we had to do something different every-time to make the gates open. There is also no elevator so if u have someone with limited mobility this place probably isn’t for you. But we enjoyed our stay here very much, it’s clean and in a great location we will definitely come back! The ocean is right there and it’s 2 mins away from a good restaurant and a karaoke bar. It has free laundry machines, the kitchen is very well equipped, and a gorgeous patio with an ocean view from the 3rd floor. There are also cute dogs running around.

Comfortable, beautiful and secure

We would stay here again. Clean, comfortable. Enjoyed the pool and nearby Isabela and ocean. Had to climb 4 sets of stairs so for the elderly or disabled you might need to find a ground floor location. Very secure which made our family feel very comfortable. Plus , we had washer and dryer use.

La propiedad estaba sin limpiar. Se lo notifique al dueño y quedo en devolver el fee de limpieza. El nombre del lugar es diferente a como se mercadea y nos creo confusion y varias vueltas para asegurarse que estamos en el lugar correcto.
