The area is lovely and the close to restaurants and shopping -- very walkable and safe here! The hotel has friendly service and do all to make my stay comfortable -- would definitely come back again!

Good location
We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed ourselves. The daily breakfast is nice, the restaurant for lunch was delightful (by the pool) and the restaurant for dinner was wonderful (out front of the hotel). The hours of the lunch place are limited. The staff could be more helpful - our friends were staying at the Mezzatorre and we spent a fair amount of time up there with them; the service up there is impeccable so made our hotel seem like service could be improved even a little. The demographic at the hotel is a little older or families. The pools are nice. The service of the rooms is great (replacement of towels, turn down service, etc). The location is great for walking to shops, a beach club or two, other restaurants.

Parco termale impareggiabile
Fascino d’antan in un parco termale senza pari, mai troppo affollato. Cucina eccellente , specie il buffet di antipasti e contorni sempre compreso nella cena non ha eguali per sapori e qualità dei piatti vegetariani (detto da una carnivora) . Qualche pecca minimale nella manutenzione , disponibilità massima del personale. Quest’anno i prezzi delle stanze a giugno sono saliti notevolmente , ma forse è un accidente temporaneo.

I spent two nights at la Reginella and really wish I could have stayed longer. In terms of quality of stay and value for money it really was excellent. My single room had a queen size bed (which I love in a single room) and although it didn't have any external space the room was more than adequate, well-furnished and well maintained. The staff in the hotel were professional and courteous and overall the amenities were excellent. The pools and thermal gardens are out of this world and I could have lived in them forever. The food in the hotel was also first rate, the dinner menu was excellent and varied, however my one niggle on that both in terms of the buffet at dinner and at breakfast was that things were not replaced when they ran out. In a hotel of the standard if you go for breakfast at 9:00 AM when breakfast is advertised to run until 10:30 you expect there to at least be a cornetto or other pastries instead, and perhaps this was linked to then closing in the next few days , we were told there were no more and there were no more coming and this was disappointing given the type of hotel but this is, the same also happened at dinner. It would be nice if the room had come with slippers and a dressing gown however I understand that these can be rented or bought so it wouldn't put me off returning and all in all I'm already planning my next trip to this hotel and hope to do so very soon.

Una buona struttura con diverse piscine, di cui due esterne e una interna calde. La cena servita era buona, buoni gli antipasti come la colazione. Camere pulite. Un hotel da consigliare se si è in cerca di un pò di relax.

Chambre bruyante au dessus de la discothèque alors q´on était hors saison! Dommage pour ce déclassement. Sinon tout est propre, le personnel est au petit soin. Bien situé: près des thermes et des jardins

Al check-in, con nostra grande sorpresa, la prenotazione che Expedia aveva inviato all'albergo risultava essere per pernottamento e prima colazione mentre avevamo prenotato e ricevuta vs conferma per la mezza pensione!

Typisch italienisches Hotel im Stil der 60er Jahre
Hotel ist im Stile der 60er Jahre, es scheint, als ob die Zeit stehen geblieben ist. Wer dies mag, ist hier richtig. Generell sind die Hotels in Lacco Ameno jedoch alle in diesem Stil, z.B. auch das 5 Sterne Hotel La Regina Isabella, das gegenüber liegt. Typisch sind hier die Fließen in verschiedenen Blumenmustern. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer im Haupthaus, das wirklich sehr klein war, dafür war das Bad jedoch recht groß. Die Bade-Anlage draußen und drinnen fand ich weniger ansprechend, auch wenn alles sauber war, sollte hier definitiv renoviert werden. Sehr schön ist der kleine Platz und die Pergola vor dem Hotel, wo auch noch im Oktober das Frühstück eingenommen wird

Ich war Ende Februar /Anfang März in diesem wunderbaren Hotel. Obwohl das Wetter um diese Jahreszeit noch etwas unbeständig ist, war dieser Ischiaaufenthalt dank dieses Hotels sehr schön und erholsam. -Der grosse schön angelegte Park des Hotels mit den grossen, warmen Thermalbecken sowie Dampfgotte, Hallenbad konnte ich täglich ausgiebig nutzen. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen und die guten Weine habe ich auch sehr genossen. Ich war bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal in diesem Hotel.

Tranquillità e relax e un pizzico di lusso.
Abbiamo accolto l'offerta della mezza pensione di questo hotel molto ben curato, ampio negli spazi e condotto da personale competente e gentile. la struttura è molto bella, conserva il suo fascino anni 60 ed il relax e godimento ottimi anche per la bassa stagione. Il menù è standard ma non scadente, La stanza con un bel balcone e dotata di tutti i confort. Il reparto cure è gradevole. In complesso siamo stati molto bene.

Rome's Historic District on your doorstep
Spent seven nights here, and was sorry to go. You can walk everywhere form here! Staff was great! Very helpful. Walter was a standout at the front desk! Always had a smile, and offered plenty of insight into the local area. Made the visit amazing!
