"When I checked-in there was a huge paddle of water on the floor in the restroom. The toilet didn’t flush at all and AC didn’t work as well. It was horrible experience. No one was able to assist me because I checked in late.I couldn’t take a shower after the long trip, nor was I able to use a toilet. Next morning the employees wasn’t able to help me either. "We knew we loved this place in ischia from the moment we got there. Views, the people how helpful they are. Carlo was the best with his coworkers man I loved that guy! Such a nice person trying to get you to the best places around the island. We needed a scooter he called his friend to bring it we didn’t even have to go down to the town to get it. So convenient for us I would def come back to his place one day for sure "
