The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are warm and welcoming, and the breakfast has a good variety. The air conditioning is great, and our children always enjoy their stay. "Check-in was poor. Took 30 mins of waiting as they don't allow for check-in before 3pm, but only had 1 person checking people in. The tap in the bathroom sink make any sense - the water can't make it into the sink unless you switch it on full blast"

"Staff were friendly and helpful. We got 1 bedroom apartment and stayed for Legoland in Johor Bahru. We walked to Legoland, the water park and aquarium. It is very close and the shopping plaza. It is far from the major shopping malls. We took Uber to get there. It's definitely family friendly."
