I was informed of your complaints from my staff. The chicken bone in the pool is the one you threw in there and then demanded my staff remove it. I am not sure about the tub but I have never had complaints about theresort not being clean. With constant birds flying over the outdoor chairs do get soiled before we can quickly clean it. I have a great staff and if informed that something needs attention I am sure it will be taken care of. I demand respect from my staff to the guests but I also expect respect for the staff from my guests. After 4pm guests are informed to go to the restaurant for attention.

Your experience at Xbalanque is not a normal one. I apologize for the inconveniences you had. I have addressed all issues with my staff and these have ben resolved. We describe Elements as a jungle view about 3 minutes from the beach . Our luxury suites are on the beach in Xbalanque suites. We try hard to make your stay a great one but issues do arise that are out of our control. I am sure that if you reported your issues to the staff they would have been addressed.The road has taken a toil due to construction. It is not my private road and all the property owners are jointly starting the repair of the road.

Mosquitos are our worst nightmare. They blow in the air and so it is so hard to control. We do fog but try to minimize because it kills not only mosquitos but butterflies and hummingbirds. Restaurants, bars, souvenirs and lots of action to be discoveres there but you can always come back to your secluded private beach to get pampered at Xbalanque.
