“Loud music through huge speakers at the swimming pool - animators shouting through huge speakers at the swimming pool during polo-games with only 10 people and no-one watching. Overall appreciation: great hotel but too noisy at the swimming pools. ”

“It was a good family hotel, could do with other restaurants on site, 7 nights is more than enough and you probably want to eat out as the buffet can get very tired and their Italian restaurant on site can be difficult to book with having to be book 2 days in advance. There's adult only sections but naturally are close to children areas so felt bad as no doubt they heard many screaming kids. The rooms were clean enough though expect dirty feet by the end of it, highly recommend the Merlin rooms...

“Grundsätzlich guter Aufenthalt. Nettes Hotel mit 2 schönen ruhigen Pools. Gutes Essen und gute Getränke. Aber viele Gäste belegen morgens schon die Liegen mit ihren Handtüchern und kommen teils erst nach Mittag zum Pool. Das ist unverschämt. Hier sollte sich das Management etwas einfallen lassen. Die Mitarbeitern sehen das Problem machen aber nichts. Räumt einfach die Handtücher der reservierten Liegen weg wenn 1 Std. niemand kommt. hier der Appell an das Hotel: Sprechen sie die Idioten an. “Todo bien, las instalaciones, aunque no las utilice mucho, pero la piscina está adaptada para entrar por una rampa con barandilla, el minigolf.... La persona de la recepción de por la mañana (siento no saber su nombre), muy dispuesta y me ayudó en todo lo que la pregunté. ”

“주차 공간이 부족합니다. 올인클루시브로 이용했지만 각 시설의 시간 및 예약에 번거로움이 있어 조금 불편했습니다. 식사는 두세번 하면 질리는 맛입니다. 스페셜 식당으로 아시아 식당을 이용했지만 최악이었습니다. 다시 이용하지는 않을것 같습니다.”

“The apartments are nice and quiet. The are in a good location between the old and new town. The apartments are a little dated and could do with an upgrade, but still very nice to stay in,”
