"We loved our two nights stay at Melfort House. It was peaceful idyll that restored us somewhat as we were nearing the end of our road trip through Scotland. Matthew is a wonderful host, and we felt welcome in his home. The breakfast offerings were top notch, and our room and bed were so comfortable. "We enjoyed use of kitchen /dining space, which included tea, coffee, and proper dishes and utensils. We could store extra food in the refrigerator. The warming closet to hang up wet clothes was amazing. Bed was very comfortable. View of lake was lovely. Host was attentive. Great stepping off point for hiking."

"Invercreran Lodge was a perfect overnight experience in the countryside of the highlands! Rural setting away from the crowds and busy roads. Easy drive to Glencoe or Oban. "Aspen Lodge is a lovely B and B situated a short drive from Oban so it's in a beautiful rural spot. Card and Bob warmly welcomed us. Our room was very comfortable with a spacious bathroom/shower. Our breakfast each morning was delicious with gf and vegan options. We highly recommend Aspen Lodge. "
