“I am giving three stars because I expected more from the presidential room we paid for. While the staff were welcoming and helpful, the hotel itself left much to be desired. A major issue was the lack of hot water for showers, which is unacceptable considering the price of the presidential suite. “Hotel Casa Sam Francisco was an incredible stay in an incredible town. The thing that really stood out was the staff with how friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable they are about Granada and how to get around. The owner Terry took time during breakfast to speak with me and check in on me, which really made the hotel feel very welcoming and warm. Also, it is a very interesting historical building and within walking distance from many attractions in Granada. Would 100% recommend!”

“The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants, carriage rides, and Granada's main park, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful city. The property is lovely and has a very peaceful atmosphere; the room and bathroom were spacious,ac and clean rooms ,there was a fantastic pool for the kids, and the staff were incredibly friendly.
