โIt's a beautiful property. The staff was amazing and we were able to check in an hour early with no issues. The apothecary lounge was neat and the drinks were great. The bed was comfortable and the room has all the necessary amenities. I'll definitely be staying here again. โ
โWe enjoyed our stay. We loved the layout of our 2-bedroom with additional living space and kitchen. We had everything we needed and it was clean and stocked like an apartment. We did have a problem with the A/C not working good in our room on the first day and they quickly gave us another equivalent room to move to. All the staff were friendly and the breakfast was great too. Also, we took advantage of the free laundry room and washed our clothes. We would definitely stay here in the future...

On the first day, there was an accident in which the laundry bag was lost due to an employee's mistake, and room cleaning was not done for one day.
We have complained to the hotel, and the manager in charge presented a compensation plan.
I had to check out early in the morning of the last day, so I left my contact information, but there was no contact, and I tried to contact again recently, but there was no answer from the manager...
